Can you believe it’s November already??
We have a few weeks left of fall and I am hanging on to my favorite season for dear life. Sorry Christmas, I love you but I’m just not ready to let go of all the fall things yet. Please forgive me.
I loved reading through all your comments and suggestions about the new bed yesterday. I’m still on the fence, and while I would never suggest “settling” for something you don’t love, I’m not going to lie that I am kind of drawn to the challenge of making it work. I first fell in love with decorating when I was forced to get creative with pieces that were given to me or found on the cheap. I didn’t have the luxury of being picky so I had to use what I had to make a space feel like “me”. So I’m going to see what I can come up with on this one – challenge accepted, brass bed!
And if in the end it doesn’t work out, I’ve got my eye on this bed (which I discovered the day I received notification my bed had shipped – ugh) or this headboard (just spotted it and love the wood/linen combo and vintage feel).
In other randomness this Saturday…
This post is beautifully written and really spoke to me this week.
For years I have read article after article about how this blush is the perfect blush – for everyone. Looking for a new color, I ordered it. The hype was no lie, I absolutely love it.
Picked up one of these sweaters last weekend on sale – I have it in gray and now I’ve got my eye on the brown. So cozy. So warm. So cute. You need this in your closet this winter.
I haven’t taken these booties off since I got them a few weeks ago. I basically destroyed my feet in my twenties wearing heels all the time, but I can walk all day in these, pain free – unheard of for me.
I’ve been wanting to make some changes to my stairway gallery wall. This post got me inspired to start gathering new photos and frames.
Binged Season 2 of this show last week – it was even better than Season 1. Loved every single second.
And I have exciting changes coming to this room within the next week or two. I’ve hired the guys and now I’m just waiting for material to come in. Stage one is making it pretty outside – and then it can start becoming pretty inside. Finally some progress will be made – stay tuned for updates!
Happy Saturday, friends. 🙂
P.S. Don’t forget to head to Target tomorrow for this collection. Bonus – we get an extra hour of shopping time too. 😉
